How long will it take to make the product, and when will I receive it?
We usually have a small stock on hand. Once we receive your order, we’ll ship it within 2 business day. If the item is out of stock, we’ll make it as soon as possible and ship it within 2-3 business days.
Is the fridge magnet securely attached to the wool felt? Will it fall off easily?
Please rest assured, we are well aware of the nature of wool felt products. Due to its fuzzy texture, it cannot stick very firmly to other items, so we have securely fixed the magnet inside the wool felt to prevent any risk of it falling off.
Whiskers Keeper - Can I send a picture of my cat to customize a fridge magnet?
Due to the nature of custom orders, we currently don't offer this option. However, we're always looking to expand the types of cats featured in our products. If you have a specific breed in mind, let us know! If we get enough requests, we'll definitely prioritize it in our future designs.
Whiskers Keeper - How do I insert my cat's whiskers? Does it come with a needle?
No needle or piercing is needed. You can simply insert your cat's whiskers directly into the soft and flexible wool felt. The natural rigidity of your cat's whisker base fits perfectly with the structure of the wool felt, so it's a seamless and easy process.

We aim to create products that highlight the unique characteristics of your cat, not just as home decor, but as a special keepsake of the moments you share. We don’t include artificial whiskers, but keep an eye out in your daily life — you'll likely find your cat’s very own whiskers ready to be used!

Yes, we offer customization for the color of your cat's paw pads. We understand that each cat's paw pads may have a unique look, so we allow custom colors in chocolate, black, and pink. However, please note that the fur color itself is not customizable, as it comes in solid colors.

Coaster - What material is the mat on the wool felt?
This is a handmade autumn rattan heat-resistant mat, crafted from eco-friendly materials. It offers heat insulation and protection against burns. When used together with the wool felt, it adds durability and longevity.
Coaster - Can I place a cup directly on the wool felt?
Sure! Our wool felt is 100% handcrafted, with each piece felted tightly and evenly, so it’s suitable for placing a cup directly on it. However, please note that placing a cup on the wool felt may potentially dirty it, making it harder to clean. For easier maintenance, we recommend using the heat-resistant mat along with the wool felt.
Coaster - How should I clean the wool felt if it gets dirty?
Caring for wool felt is fairly simple. Just regularly use a soft brush to remove dust and maintain its color and appearance. If it's used frequently, you can wash it with cold water and a mild detergent only when necessary.
When cleaning, gently press by hand—do not scrub with a brush, avoid using hot water or bleach, as they can damage the wool. After cleaning, let it air dry in a well-ventilated area. Please avoid drying it with high heat. However, it’s best not to wash it too frequently, as it may cause shape distortion.
Keychain - Is the connection likely to come apart?
No need to worry! We carefully secure the connection with steel needles and glue, so it’s very sturdy. Just be gentle and avoid pulling too hard. It's perfect as a cute bag charm. If the connection does happen to come loose, don’t stress! Just add a little more glue to the needle, reattach it, and let it dry. You’ll be all set!
Keychain - Is this a finished product? What size is it?
Yes, this is a fully handmade wool felt keychain, not a needle felting kit. We offer two sizes:Large: 6.5 × 7 × 4 cm (2.6 × 2.8 × 1.6 inches), Small: 5.5 × 5 × 3 cm (2.2 × 2.0 × 1.2 inches).
Since each one is handmade and measured, there may be slight variations. The large size has a nice, solid feel, but if you’re looking for something smaller to hang on your wallet or keychain, the small size is a great choice!
How do I measure my pet to ensure I buy the right size?
Accurate measurements are key when selecting pet apparel or accessories. Please refer to our SIZE GUIDE and use a soft measuring tape to measure your pet's chest and neck circumference.
