Shipping Policy

📦 Processing Time: 2-3 business days

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates (United States)

  • 🚚 Flat-rate Shipping: $3 USD.
  • 🚚 Free shipping on orders over $50!
  • Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days, and it will be delivered to you within 5-8 business days after shipment. All domestic orders are shipped via YunExpress, depending on order size and destination.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ship quickly, delays may occur due to weather, high order volume, or customs processing. Please allow for extra time if this happens.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

     


    Returns Policy

    14-Day Return Window

    • 🔄 14-Day Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    Return Conditions

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
    • For returns due to reasons other than quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
    • You'll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Return Process

    2. Return the item to:
      Building 7, Xiangti Time Group A, Yongchuan District, Chongqing, China.
    3. Once accepted, we'll send a return shipping label with instructions.

    Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

    ⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Item?: Contact us right away.
    • If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • We cannot accept returns on:
      • Custom products (handcrafted products, special orders, personalized items)
      • Sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    • To exchange an item, please return it first. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item.

    Refunds

    • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
    • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

    Note: If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out to us.
