Shipping Policy
📦 Processing Time: 2-3 business days
- All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates (United States)
- 🚚 Flat-rate Shipping: $3 USD.
- 🚚 Free shipping on orders over $50!
- Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days, and it will be delivered to you within 5-8 business days after shipment. All domestic orders are shipped via YunExpress, depending on order size and destination.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ship quickly, delays may occur due to weather, high order volume, or customs processing. Please allow for extra time if this happens.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.
Returns Policy
14-Day Return Window
- 🔄 14-Day Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- For returns due to reasons other than quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- You'll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

- If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom products (handcrafted products, special orders, personalized items)
- Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please return it first. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
- If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Note: If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out to us.
